Microsoft money 2016 not updating
I understand that we're probably just a spit in the Atlantic but it scares me that they are not taking any ownership of their solution. We are a European organisation with operations in 5 countries and the fact that not even regulatory standards and/or ISO-standards exists (for payments, VAT, elecontronic invoicing, etc.) Another piece of the puzzle is the ever-changing roadmap - functionality that was presented to be included is not, and often we discover that also the strategic direction has changed.
We feel like we're a laboratory rat for their development department. Microsoft is not stepping up to its responsibility and has yet to show ownership of their product.
When our company finally upgraded, it took us months to train different departments.
The system is very complex and navigating through different reporting elements is a bit overwhelming.

Using the new number, you get a person who tries to understand what your issue is to open a ticket.
That means that the 6 prior calls you made that could help the person writing up the ticket are unavailable.
It is nice having anywhere access and it looks like we'll be looking into adding the field services module in the future to add to our subscriptions under Microsoft Dynamics 365.
There is a ton of training needed for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Calling the support number on the Dynamics 365 web page gets you to a sales person.
The salesperson hasn't heard of PSA, and gives you a different number to call.

Also, unable to change DATES on the 'due dates' for daily activities on the dashboard, have to open up each individual activity/task and change once opened, too time consuming.
